The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has declared result of
the lottery draw of lots for the HUDA Rohtak Sector-5 freehold
residential plots scheme on Friday, January 11, 2013.
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had launched a residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000059) in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HUDA freehold
residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak was on March 27, 2012.

In the HUDA Rohtak Sector-5 plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development
Authority has offered total 450 freehold residential plots of 90 square
meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8
Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and
450 square meters (1 Kanal).
The allotment for the Haryana Urban Development Authority’s Rohtak Sector-5 residential plots scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Gymkhana Club, Sector-4, Rohtak in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HUDA officials, and eligible applicants.
The reserved category candidates, who had applied for the HUDA Rohtak Sector-5 freehold residential plots scheme without attaching the necessary requisite certificates or documents along with their application forms, were treated as general category applicants.
