Initially they have to pay a sum of Rs. 500 as application fee any of the branches of State Bank of India in “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited – Recruitment Account” bearing No. 30969511830 and then apply for the above posts using the fee payment details.

HAL Management Trainees Selection Process:

Candidates will have to appear for an online objective type competitive test at their own expense. Examination duration is 2 ½ hours in which the paper will be in three parts – general awareness (Part-1) 20 questions, English & reasoning (Part-2) 40 questions and on subject matter (Part-3) for 100 questions.

Selected candidates will have to undergo a pre-medical examination and then they will be posted as Management trainees in HAL. After 52 weeks of training period they will be absorbed as engineers or officers in scale Rs. 16400-40500.
