JKPSC Recruitment 2013 of 109 Assistant Engineers, Apply on or Before 15th Nov, 2013: JKPSC is going to recruit 76 Assistant Engineers (Civil) & 33 Assistant Engineers (Mechanical). The candidates who are interested to job as a Engineer should read the following information carefully to apply for the posts.
Age Criteria: The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 37 years as on 1st Jan, 2013. The relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable for reserved category candidates.
Minimum Qualification: The graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Civil engineering is required to apply for the posts.
Application Procedure: The candidates can apply through application form which is provided by itself from the office of JKPSC by depositing the fee of Rs.500 (Gen) and Rs.250 (Res) from 9.30 to 3.00 pm. The candidates should attach all the required documents and photographs with application form and send it to the office address as mentioned in the notification up to 15th Nov, 2013.
The last date to send application form is 15th Nov, 2013.
The screening test will be held on 23rd Feb, 2014.
Applications on prescribed form are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir
State possessing the prescribed academic qualification and age for the posts of Assistant Engineer
(Civil) in Public Works (R&B) Department as per the category-wise break-up tabulated below. The posts
carry the pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 Grade Pay=5200 plus Allowances as admissible under rules. The
applications complete in all respects and accompanied with the documents detailed hereinafter should
reach the office of the J&K Public Service Commission Polo Ground Srinagar/ Resham Garh Colony
Bakshi Nagar Jammu by or on 15.11.2013. In case it is declared a public holiday the last date for
receipt of Application Forms shall be following working day.
Note : A Screening Test for short-listing of candidates shall tentatively be held on 23 .02.2014, if
required, for which syllabus is enclosed as Annexure-‘A’.
